The New Phone Book Is Here!!!
40 new images over on the Sendracs site. Another 80 in the can waiting for time to post them. I think there is something new for every year but 1980-81 and 2005-06.
Dr. McWeinery sent a pile of stuff that, well...if I'd been drinking a Coke it would have come out my nose.... including the Holy Grail of Sendrac-dom: photos of Thurber Carnival!! I'll try and get those out asap but Miranda is in her first play tomorrow - she's Frontier Wife in JOHNNY APPLESEED. Three lines (two are group exclaimations). Following in the minor character/chorus footsteps of her Dad.
Let me know if the pages start taking too long to load - they are easily broken apart into smaller chunks.

Are you kidding? I thought I got it but I guess I didn't. In-jokes don't work if people are stupid enough to think they're "in" when they're not.
It's a line from Steve Martin's movie The Jerk. The new phone book arrives and he runs with Steve Martin glee with phone book in hand and yells "the new phone book is here, the new phone book is here! I am somebody!" and then points to his listing.
