The Scientology thing

You have to accept that any great acting teacher or director will have influences that may be spiritual or religious or whatever that may or may not influence the student. But of course, they are also capable of pushing things in a subtle way that may not be immediately apparent to the reporter's eye.
Scientology. It's a little kooky, but as far as I'm concerned, if you describe the basic tenets of most mainstream religions, they'll sound a little kooky, too. I do have a problem with the anti-psychiatry thing, though, I think that's potentially very damaging to people who actually need help. Interesting article.
