I Hate to Shop

....but internet shopping takes some of the sting out of it. Joe and Liza have posted sites; let's go all the way with it. Tell us about some great internet stores, either for holiday or everyday shopping, unique gifts or necessities.

(Nell is out of town until Sunday but we expect to hear from you when you get back, Nell)

Comments:
ALL right. I'll start. Here's a few:

All shopping should start at shop.com or shopping.com or (my favorite) shopping.yahoo.com to compare prices.

However.

Shoes: www.zappos.com has good prices, huge selection, and free shipping AND free return shipping. You have up to a year to return.

Cool Gourmet International Foods - candy, chocolate, cheese, etc. I've never ordered online from them but I've been to the store and the cheeses are awesome!

If you need to send flowers but don't want to pay FTD charges:

My wife likes Overstock.com.

My preferences are all model railroad related, and I don't think anyone else here needs that kind of fix.

I only need amazon.com. That's all...and this paddle game.

One for different cookie/confection-type gifts is biscoff.com

I use run-of-the-mill websites for most of my online shopping. I still like to actually GO shopping when I have the time.

I am a complete hsn.com shopaholic! I love their return policies, and the products are really, really nice...low prices, also, due to the huge quantities that they sell.

I like the woman who the Overstock.com commercials.

There's like this whole epiphenomenon around her.
