We have a Chinese student currently living with us and she enjoys cooking. I had some sort of egg and tomato soup last night and bone soup a couple of nights ago.

Yummy.

And nothing she cooks looks like the stuff at the Chinese takeout places around town. She says those are American Chinese, not Chinese.
