If friend-who-happens-to-be-a-boy of Liz is enthused, I say there's something to get excited about! Maybe we can all go if they do a concert in Picksburgh.

it was berlin. don't ask me how I know that. I just do. same as I know Marley's last gig was at the Stanley (soon to be Benedum) in Pixburg.

I think I'm going to celebrate by drinking quadruple vodkas and eating ham rolls all day...
 

Page is 63, Plant is 59 and Jones is 61. I'm not sure how excited I can get.

Although I must admit I saw Jones a few years ago in concert and he totally rocked -- blew the other musicians off the stage, so maybe there is hope.

I really like RP's latest ablum. Saw JP playing with the Black Crowes a few years ago. He's much slower and looked kind of steroid bloated. JPJ was a superb musician, I think he does alot of film work and producing now. Bonham ,rest his soul, is irreplaceable.

The groupie scene may be a little more sedate for them now. It's funny seeing recent Stones' DVDs, with the kids and grandkids and nannies and on-the-road school teachers running around backstage.
