Friday night I went to the Grand Old Opry and saw Little Jimmie Dickens (84 years young ladies and gentlemen!)
I DARE anyone to try and top that for a MLK Birthday weekend highlight!

This week-end I saw the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players do "The Mikado." Which was fun. But not THAT fun.
Is that the Mickey from the Monkees???? Wow! That's cool!
...but not as cool as the Grand Ol' Opry. I have loved the Opry and WSM since I was in college! I always thought that country music was horrible until I went to Nashville and saw the Opry!
