Bedtime Stories

I always loved reading bedtime stories to my kids. Caldecott and Newbury books were always in the stacks of books on the nearby dresser. Even today my kids talk of their memories of those books. You guys remember this one, don't you?

I remember this one and many others. I still pick them up now and then. The one that is most notable to me is the Velveteen Rabbit. It ALWAYS makes me cry.

I still read to Dora at bedtime. We're working through the first Nancy Drew book right now.
