I think I know this guy

From the synopsis of "Coal Run" on Tawni O'dell's website, she describes a secondary character thusly:
"the town's no-nonsense pediatrician who brandishes vaccinations on the doorsteps of neglectful parents like a Wild West sheriff"

Following the lead of this blog, my sister's and I are trying to link Frank with his former patients. Send them to the website in the link, if you know anybody that he took care of.

And, yes, the fat-assed baby is me.

Thanks.

Is the site actually up? I get an error message that the server can't find the site.

www.drfrankweiner.com

Seems to work when I hit it.....

Saw this in an article in Slate.com today, by their editor-at-large (did you do the buzzer thing too?):

Ford gave the commencement address at my land-grant diploma mill the year I graduated, and I got to shake his hand when he handed me my degree. Comedian Frazer Smith, just ahead of me in line, hit Jerry in the paw with a hand buzzer as they shook. "Oooooooo!!!!" the future president said, hopping a step back. Buzz me at slate.pressbox@gmail.com. (E-mail may be quoted by name unless the writer stipulates otherwise. Permanent disclosure: Slate is owned by the Washington Post Co.)

Hmmm. I still don't get it. Tried a different browser and it still comes up empty. Anyone else having problems? Maybe you have to be in NC...

The Frank Weiner website looks great. I can see it clearly out here in the Prairie State, maybe because the flat landscape presents no impediments to transmitting images of, uh, ample babies of the kind Tim described.
